Agreement and eligibility
By using Primordial Saint, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Reflective experience
THE AETHER readings combine calculated chart facts with traditional and original symbolic interpretation. They are provided for personal reflection and entertainment. They are not scientific predictions and are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. No outcome, relationship result, or future event is guaranteed.
Accounts and information
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify Primordial Saint if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for having permission to submit another person’s information for a compatibility reading. Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful content.
Purchases and delivery
Prices and the included reading scope are shown before checkout. A payment is not a promise of instant delivery: readings may require calculation, automated generation, and founder review. Payment processing is handled by the provider shown at checkout. Any refund, correction, or failed-delivery request will be evaluated according to the checkout terms, applicable law, and the actual fulfillment state.
Creative work and intellectual property
Primordial Saint branding, site design, original reading structure, text, artwork, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You retain rights in original content you submit, while granting Primordial Saint the limited permission needed to store, display, and operate features you intentionally use. Private content is not made public solely because it was submitted.
Acceptable use
Do not probe security, bypass access controls, scrape private data, interfere with payment or fulfillment systems, impersonate another person, upload malicious code, harass others, or use the service to violate law or another person’s rights. Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, data, or the service.
Availability and changes
Features may change, pause, or become unavailable. We work to preserve paid fulfillment and private access, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Material terms changes will be reflected by a new effective date.
Limitation and contact
To the extent permitted by law, Primordial Saint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from symbolic interpretation, user decisions, unauthorized conduct, or service interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Use the official website’s current contact method for support or legal questions.
